On his second solo album, the Belgian singer songwriter cut a new selection of numbers under the supervision of the much-admired René Tinner. Megabien's producer, famous for his work with Can, has worked with major figures such as Lou Reed and George Harrison and his less-is-more approach proved the ideal formula for engineering Ian Clement’s new solo album See Me In Synchronicity. Everything (except the vocals) was recorded live in a single take at ICP Studio in Brussels.
The result is an album with a fascinating story. On See Me In Synchronicity Ian describes his experience with mental health problems during three psychotic episodes and two hospitalizations. This is also the first time Ian discusses his mental health issues in the open, during the coming months he will also be spreading awareness on this topic together with Te Gek !?
See Me In Synchronicity will be released through the label Dox Records tomorrow February 22nd, 2019, and is followed by an album tour.
The full album will be available on all major streaming and download services.
